As a lot of you know, it can take a lot of cheddar, Benjamin’s, aka 💰💰💰💰💰 to fund a business (a couple to several hundred thousand dollars), and I have my investments, and I had my savings to fund the business although I had also come to Colorado to check it out, but I thought after seeing the opportunities here, I should give it a go here instead. That way, I would also cut my expenses/start-up costs even though it was a tough thing to do since I love the food in LA, along with leaving my friends (yea, I do have friends which are all stuffed animals). The plan was to carry on with my contracting to further pump up my investment money while I got to know Colorado again, but unfortunately the lack of any new/additional opportunities in CO has drained my account, and I am at a point where I really don’t want to sell off my core stocks (especially the dividend paying ones, haha). That is why I have re-evaluated what types of businesses I could do that would be more cost-effective to start, and I know what that is, and it’s just a matter of getting my own personal finances back in check. Also one last thing, I AM EXTREMELY SORRY that you are being exposed to the inner workings of everything, but I don’t come from a rich family to lean on which is why I have to be extremely “grassroots” with my approach and subsequently really transparent otherwise you’re probably like “WTF is dude doing? Either do a pop-up or don’t.” I know, annoying AF, but I swear, once I do get back on track, I won’t bother you with these types of posts till I do..... if anybody wants to do dinner parties though, let me know because I still got to eat 🤣, 🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️ #notgivingup
I never thought I’d buy a $500+ vacuum over a PS4, or that I would ever want to eat/make an entirely animal free ramen. Well, it’s official, my spicy miso vegan ramen.

I did it because I think vegetarian and vegan cuisine gets pandered too, and I wanted to come up with a dish I’d want to eat (not to mention WELL UNDER $10!!!!!!). Not some stereotypical salad, tofu, bok choy, and noodles dish thrown in altogether and labeled ramen. I like this better than a lot of meat versions, hyperbole? Eff no.
