Hakata style tonkotsu shoyu ramen: a rich and creamy pork broth topped off with tender slices of pork shoulder and negi (green onions). Optional toppings include kikurage, menma, ajitama, mayu. Kaedama (extra noodles are also available for a small charge).
Gyokai tonkotsu tsukemen: a rich and savory pork based dipping noodle. Toppings includes pork belly chashu, menma, kikurage, nori, negi, naruto, and ajitama.
